"Come as a guest and leave as a friend" is our invitation to enjoy the beauty and country quiet of our 1883 Queen Anne Bed and Breakfast, located on the Noble's Homestead.

Start your day with a big country breakfast tailored to your dietary needs. Roam our 50 acres, try our own stocked pond and walking trails, or enter the Finger Lakes Trail and Connecticut Hill Wild Life Management Area which is adjacent to the Noble House. Come back from exploring and relax in our sauna.

Located 15 minutes from Ithaca and situated between two of New York's Wine Trails, Four State Parks and so much more. All the attractions of the Finger Lakes start at our door.

Our accommodations include seven spacious rooms in the main house and cottages; all with queen beds and private baths. To make travel easier for families and pets, several of our rooms are much larger and have kitchenettes. We can also host conferences, family reunions, extended stays and weddings.
